Weld-Con’s growing experience in this sector is visible through the construction of over 200 bulk liquid storage tanks throughout East and Central Africa. The largest tank that we have constructed to date is for Vivo Energy (A subsidiary of Shell) and measures 42m in diameter and 18m height. This tank was then fitted with an Aluminium geodesic dome roof by us.

With a large fleet of heavy duty cranes and one of the very few companies owning hydraulic tank jacking equipment, no tank is too big for us. We are able to construct large storage facilities in extremely remote areas and dare to go to where others would not.
